Cedar, decks and docks
Deck stripping, sanding and re-staining
Stripping, sanding and re-coating for wood decks, and low-pressure treatment for composite that has gone black in the grain.
Patios, drives and pool decks
The outdoor shower, the fence, the gates and the rails — the small stuff that gets skipped and shows the most.
It is one of the more common calls we get across Long Beach Island and the mainland.
The outdoor shower is the single dirtiest structure on most island properties and the one nobody books on its own: it is wet daily all summer, shaded, and enclosed on three sides. It cleans up quickly when it is on the list, and it is almost always cheaper as part of a visit than as a call-out. Fence and rail work is the same trade-off — small on its own, close to free while the rig is already set up.
$250 – $800
typical range, not a quote for Long Beach Island and the mainland.
Not a quote, and not a judgement about your property. What a job actually costs comes down to height, access, what the surface is made of and how far it has been left — which is why it takes someone standing in front of it.
A couple of sentences is plenty. We will get it to a crew that works this stretch, at no cost to you.
Coverage
By area. Island and mainland ask for this for different reasons.
Barnegat Light down to Harvey Cedars: inlet exposure, large houses, and more cedar per street than anywhere else out here.
Surf City through the Crest: small lots, tight driveways, and a Saturday changeover calendar over the top of it.
Spray Beach down to Holgate: porches, painted trim, pools, pavers, and the island's only historic district.
Manahawkin, Beach Haven West, West Creek and Barnegat: driveways to park in, four reachable elevations, and gutters that actually fill.
