What this service is

LBI Exterior Cleaners, a trade name of Swell Ventures LLC, is a referral service. We introduce homeowners to contractors. We are not an exterior cleaning contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, manage, or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

What we verify, and what that means

Before a contractor receives a referral, we confirm their New Jersey registration status against the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs public register, and we record what we checked and when. Insurance is not part of that check. We do not confirm, before sending a referral, that any contractor holds liability cover or workers’ compensation, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation that we have.

Ask any contractor for their certificate of insurance before work begins. We confirm registration; we are not the right party to confirm that a policy is in force on the day somebody puts a ladder against your house, and no register can tell you that.

Those checks describe a moment in time. Registration and insurance can lapse. A check is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a warranty of workmanship, or an assurance that any contractor is suitable for your job. You should satisfy yourself independently — ask for current documents, ask for references, and get more than one quote.

Your agreement is with the contractor

Any contract, price, schedule, workmanship, warranty, permit, or dispute is between you and the contractor. We do not hold funds and we take no percentage of any job. If something goes wrong with the work, your remedies are against the contractor.

Prices shown on this site

Every figure published here is a typical range for this area. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not an assessment of your property. Only a contractor who inspects it can tell you what it needs or what it will cost.

No professional opinion

Nothing on this site is a professional opinion about any specific property, surface, or coating. Guidance here about pressure, method or materials is general and does not replace what a manufacturer specifies for your particular roof, siding or decking. Do not rely on it as one.

Using the site properly

Do not submit false information, do not submit requests for property you have no connection to, and do not use the service to harvest contractor details. We can decline or withdraw service.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, work, or conduct of any contractor, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under New Jersey consumer protection law.
