LBI Exterior Cleaners
How this works
Short version: you tell us once, we pass it to one crew, you decide.
1. You tell us what it needs
What the property is, which parts of it need doing, roughly how tall it is, and whether there is a deadline — a changeover Saturday, a family arriving, a closing. Two minutes, and it costs nothing.
2. We check the crew and route it
Before a contractor receives anything from us we confirm their New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration is active on the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs public register, and we record the date we checked. Insurance is not part of that check. No register can tell you whether a policy is in force on the day somebody puts a ladder against your house, so ask any contractor for a current certificate before work begins.
3. One crew contacts you
One. Your request goes to a single contractor who covers your part of the island and does that kind of work, so you are not fielding four calls about the same deck. If they cannot take it, tell us and we will pass it on.
4. You decide
You choose whether to get a quote, whether to book it, and whether to hire anybody at all. We are not part of that conversation and we take no cut of the job.
What we do not do
We do not wash, seal, stain or restore anything. We do not supervise work or inspect it. We do not hold your money, we are not a party to any agreement you sign with a contractor, and we do not guarantee any outcome. We cannot tell you what your property needs — only somebody standing in front of it can do that.
How we are paid
A contractor pays us a flat monthly fee to receive the requests this site produces. Homeowners never pay us anything and we take no percentage of the job. That is worth knowing so you can weigh what we say accordingly: we have an interest in you contacting a contractor, and none at all in which one you pick or whether you hire them.
LBI Exterior Cleaners is a referral service, not an exterior cleaning contractor. LBI Exterior Cleaners is a trade name of Swell Ventures LLC.
That is the whole arrangement
Nothing to sign, nothing to pay, and no obligation to hire whoever calls you.
