About LBI Exterior Cleaners

LBI Exterior Cleaners is a trade name of Swell Ventures LLC. We are a referral service, not a contractor: we connect homeowners with a registered local crew and step back. We do not wash, seal, stain or restore anything, we do not supervise or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Where we cover, and why the two halves differ

17 communities: Long Beach Island from Barnegat Light to Holgate, plus Manahawkin, Beach Haven West, West Creek and Barnegat on the mainland side of the causeway.

We keep them distinct on this site rather than lumping them together, because the work genuinely differs. The island is salt, wind, post-2012 height, tight access and a season that runs Saturday to Saturday. The mainland is tree cover and what it drops, iron out of irrigation wells, year-round owners and a driveway to park in. A crew that only knows one side of the bridge will misprice the other, and a homeowner reading a page written for the wrong side will not recognise their own house in it.

How we check the crew

Before any contractor receives a referral from us, we confirm their New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration is active on the state's public register, and we record the date we checked. Insurance is not part of that check. What we check describes a moment in time and is not an endorsement — always ask to see a certificate of insurance yourself before work begins. How we are paid

A contractor pays us a flat monthly fee to receive the requests this site produces. Homeowners never pay us anything, and we take no part of what you pay a contractor. We have an interest in you contacting a contractor, and no interest in which one you choose or whether you hire them at all.
